Terms of Service — It's Me Music Chilly OC's

Welcome to myoc.itsmechill.com (the "Site"). This Site is a personal gallery showcasing original characters ("OCs") created by It's Me Music Chilly ("I," "me," "my"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose of the Site

This Site exists solely to display original character designs and reference codes for personal, non-commercial use by visitors. It is a hobby project, not a commercial product or service.

2. Creating Fanart, Edits, or Art

You're welcome to create fanart, edits, or other art based on the OCs shown on this Site — no prior authorization is needed to make these. Once created, please submit your work to one of the following:

Credit the original character creator (It's Me Music Chilly) where possible.

3. Using OCs in Your Own Content

Using an OC in a video, post, profile, story, or any other content you publish requires prior authorization from admin@itsmechill.com. This is separate from simply creating fanart/edits as described above — submitting a piece of fanart is fine on its own, but featuring or using the character within your own content/videos/posts needs sign-off first. Uploading fanart, art, or edits to your own profile or account is also not permitted unless I have explicitly agreed to it.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use an OC in your own videos, posts, or content without prior authorization from admin@itsmechill.com

• Alter the canonical version of any OC — its core design, color palette, personality, lore, OC code data, or any other defining trait — in a way that's presented as official or canon (this is different from making your own fanart/edit, which is allowed per Section 2)

• Claim any of these OCs, their designs, names, or associated lore as your own creation

• Use these characters or their artwork for commercial purposes (selling artwork, merchandise, NFTs, etc.)

• Repost the original artwork elsewhere and present it as your own

• Use the OC codes or character data to impersonate the original characters in bad faith or harassment

• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute the Site's content in bulk

4. Ownership

All original characters, artwork, names, and associated data ("OC codes") displayed on this Site remain the intellectual property of It's Me Music Chilly unless otherwise stated. Permission to create fanart or edits does not transfer ownership of the underlying characters.

5. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Some characters and design elements reference or were created using third-party platforms (such as Gacha-style character creators). This Site is an independent fan/personal project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms.

6. No Warranty

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Character designs, codes, and images may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

This Site is a non-commercial personal project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from your use of the content on this Site, including fanart or edits made by others based on it.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically as the Site evolves. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
